We understand that life can be unpredictable, and occasionally appointments need to be changed. To ensure we can offer timely care to all clients and manage our schedule responsibly, we ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments will incur a fee, as this time has been reserved especially for you and cannot usually be offered to another client at short notice.
This policy helps us maintain the availability and quality of our services while respecting the time and care we dedicate to each client.

All psychologists are highly trained and registered professionals who support mental health and wellbeing. General psychologists complete accredited training and work across a broad range of concerns.
Counselling psychologists have additional specialist training and focus on helping people navigate life challenges, relationships, stress, and personal growth, with an emphasis on emotional wellbeing and strengths-based support.
Clinical psychologists have additional specialist training in the assessment and treatment of more complex or severe mental health conditions.
While their areas of focus may differ, all psychologists use evidence-based approaches and tailor therapy to each individual’s needs.
